Heritage Land and Development Co. LLC in Memphis, Tenn., plans to invest $15 million on converting the top eight floors of the PNC Bank Building in downtown Tuscaloosa into 100 one- and two-bedroom apartments. According to the Tuscaloosa News, PNC Bank will remain on the first two floors and the upper floors will be gutted and renovated into apartments. The first apartments are scheduled to be ready to rent in August 2013.
