(Robin Buckson / The Detroit News) Detroit native Alto Reed, longtime sax man with Bob Seger & the Silver Bullet Band, has been presenting a post-Thanksgiving All-Star show at the Fillmore for years. This year's concert, which he describes as "Detroiters doing good things for Detroiters in need," benefits Goodwill Industries and takes place at 7 p.m. Friday at the Fillmore. Along with Reed and his nine-piece AllStars, "Rock for Jobs" will feature Mitch Ryder, former lead singer of Grand Funk Railroad Mark Farner, Craig Frost of the Silver Bullet Band, Jill Jack, Michael Brock and Danny D....
