Moderator Jim Lehrer, host of NewsHour on PBS, has selected the topics for the first meeting between President Barack Obama and Republican nominee Mitt Romney. The domestic policy debate will feature six, 15-minute segments: three about the economy, a discussion on health care, the role of government and governing. The moderator will open each segment with a question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond.
