LOS ANGELES (Reuters) — A former Guatemalan commander accused of taking part in a massacre has been returned to the United States to face charges he lied to gain American citizenship, officials said Saturday. The commander, Jorge Sosa, 54, has not been charged in connection with the December 1982 massacre in Dos Erres, Guatemala. Instead, he was charged with making false statements to cover up his past.
