SAN DIEGO (AP) — Federal prosecutors say the retired, longtime president of the National Border Patrol Union has been indicted for diverting thousands of dollars in union funds for personal use. The U.S. Attorney's Office in San Diego said in a statement that a grand jury on Thursday charged T.J. Bonner with conspiracy, fraud and other counts. World news...
