Ohio’s unemployment rate didn’t budge at all from June to July even though for the third month in a row the state added more than 10,000 nonfarming jobs. Ohio on Friday reported a seasonally adjusted jobless rate of 7.2 percent for July, the same rate as in June. That was the state’s lowest level for unemployment rates since a jobless rate of 7 percent in September 2008. The state’s jobless rate a year ago was 8.9 percent.
