SARAH PARNASS Associated Press= WASHINGTON (AP) — Seventy-seven Mexican high school students are wrapping up a five-week stay in the U.S. with hopes that they can use the community service skills they learned to combat social problems like drugs, violence and truancy back home. The students received training in leadership and community outreach through a program funded by the U.S. State Department, the Mexican government and private donors, and organized by international non-profit group World Learning.
