TV: Iran, IAEA Fail to Reach Deal on Suspect Site

TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — Iran's state TV says there's no agreement with the U.N. nuclear watchdog agency on visiting a key site. The International Atomic Energy Agency wants to send inspectors to the Parchin military base near Tehran. The IAEA suspects Iran tested explosives that could be used in nuclear weapons there. Iran denies that and says the evidence was "forged." Ali Asghar Soltanieh, Iran's envoy to the Vienna-based IAEA, says another round of talks will take place Jan. 16 in Tehran.
