Authorities are trying to determine if there was water in the fuel of a plane that crashed Nov. 13, killing three pilots, according a preliminary report on the investigation. The report says dirty water similar to that left behind after dousing a fire was found in part of the engine. Clear water was found elsewhere in the fuel...
