Soccer Scorpions re-sign Wagner, Hannigan Starting fullback Blake Wagner and backup goalkeeper Pat Hannigan have re-signed with the Scorpions for the 2013 season. Wagner started 23 matches as the Scorpions allowed the fewest goals in the NASL last season. Hannigan started three matches before an injury forced him to the sideline.
