The Obama administration said Thursday that a United States government aid worker had been killed in an attack by suicide bombers in eastern Kunar Province. In a statement, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton condemned the attack by two men on Wednesday. The statement said that a Foreign Service officer working with the United States Agency for International Development, Ragaei Abdelfattah, was killed, along with three coalition soldiers and an Afghan civilian.
