Dubai: The Women Committee at the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) recently held an educative health workshop for employees under the theme “Healthy Diet”, where dieticians raised awareness on the principles of a healthy diet. The dieticians explained food habits that help stay fit, avoiding common illnesses such as high cholesterol, obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes and other diseases associated with malnutrition.
