Gov. Mitt Romney has conceded the presidential race to President Barack Obama, saying the country faces challenges and that he is praying for the president. This is no time for partisanship or bickering, he said. Romney told supporters he was sorry he wasn't able to succeed and thanked those who'd worked for his campaign. "Like so many of you, Paul and I have left everything on the field," Romney told a crowd of supporters. "We have given all to this campaign."
