ATHENS, Nov. 9 (Xinhua) -- Greek Finance Minister Yannis Stournaras appeared confident on Friday that Greece will receive the next bailout tranche from the European Union and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) creditors in time to avoid disorderly default in coming weeks. "There is no cause for concern for the disbursement of the tranche.
