Right-handed pitching prospects Donn Roach, Matthew Wisler and Max Fried all had strong showings Saturday as Padres affiliates went 4-2. Roach threw five shutout innings in his first Double-A start for San Antonio. He allowed three hits and no walks while striking out two. He was promoted from Single-A Lake Elsinore last week. Wisler allowed one run on a hit and two walks while striking out six in 6 1/3 innings for low Single-A Fort Wayne.
