Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) will be delivering the third ever "Tea Party" response next Tuesday after President Obama gives his State of the Union address, according to a Tea Party Express announcement Feb. 8. The junior Kentucky Senator and author of "The Tea Party Goes to Washington" will deliver his response at the National Press Club in Washington immediately following the Republican response by Senator Marco Rubio.
