The lawyer for Oscar Pistorius today said the case against the star had "disastrous short comings", as the athlete's bail hearing entered a dramatic third day. As Pistorius returned to court this morning it was announced that Nike had suspended its contract with the star. Overnight it had emerged that the lead detective in the case, Hilton Botha, was himself facing seven attempted murder charges.
