NEW DELHI: India and United Kingdom signed two MoUs to promote development of community colleges and implementation of School Leadership Programme on Wednesday. The MoUs were signed on behalf of India by minister of state, HRD, Jitin Prasada and for United Kingdom by David Willetts, minister for Universities and Science in New Delhi.
