Boston City Councilor Michael Ross will return $2,000 in campaign donations from the developers of one of two controversial luxury apartment projects still under review and fiercely opposed by many Jamaica Plain residents. Ross yesterday agreed to give back the developer dough after Herald inquiries about the timing and volume of cash pouring into campaign coffers.
