Fearing a 'third wave' of younger victims of asbestos related diseases, the federal government has set up a new national  agency to oversee the removal of the toxic material from all government and commercial buildings by 2030. Federal Workplace Relations Minister Bill Shorten announced the Office of Asbestos Safety today at a summit in Sydney today....
