By The Detroit News Comments The Tigers have traded pitcher Jacob Turner to the Marlins for right-handed starter Anibal Sanchez and second baseman Omar Infante, according to Jon Morosi of Fox Sports. Morosi reported the trade on Twitter on Monday. Morosi said the Tigers scouted Sanchez on Sunday for his start in Pittsburgh. Sanchez, who has been the subject of many trade rumors, pitched well in the Marlins' 3-0 loss, giving up seven hits and all three runs in seven innings, with eight strikeouts and no walks.
