No 10-car motorcades for them. Some go walking in the mornings, and occasionally even wander shopping malls so people can call them liars. During John Howard's years, my teammates and I at The Chaser approached him on his walks dressed as rabbits or trying to hug him with a giant axe and a chainsaw.
