WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) — A Massachusetts boy who was shot and critically wounded by his father has been in pediatric intensive care, a spokesman for the Worcester County district attorney said Sunday. Owen Benway, 9, and his sister were shot by their father, Daryl Benway, who committed suicide. Abigail Benway, 7, was killed. Spokesman Tim Connolly said he had no additional information about Owen Benway's condition. A spokeswoman for UMass Memorial Children's Medical Center would not comment on the boy's condition.
