Organisers of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival have announced Blur, The Stone Roses, Phoenix and Red Hot Chili Peppers as the headline acts for 2013. The 14th annual music festival will attract more than 80,000 people to the desert town of Indio, California. It will be the second year of splitting the event into two identical weekends to accommodate high demand for tickets. Weekend one will take place 12-14 April and weekend two will be 19-21 April.
