AFTER living in New York for about a year, Rachel Alejandro and husband Carlos Santamaria have decided to settle down in Manila. Carlos is now working with Maria Ressa's Rappler while Rachel resumes her showbiz career and is also busy with Sexy Chef. She'll soon be seen in ABS-CBN's new soap, "May Isang Pangarap," with Vina Morales and Carmina Villaroel. "Vina and I play singers from Bohol and we're supposed to be rivals," she says.
