The Economic Times is reporting Sunday that the Democratic Senator from Massachusetts, who ran an unsuccessful bid to unseat former President George W. Bush in 2004, is now believed to be President Barack Obama's pick to take over for Hillary Rodham Clinton when she steps down, which is expected by the end of this year.
