BEREA, Ohio -- Since he was drafted seventh overall in 2010, Browns cornerback Joe Haden has followed in the footsteps of Josh Cribbs in trying to turn himself into the king of Cleveland. Haden has attended Cavaliers games wearing a fuzzy Anderson Varejao wig and once sported a painted-on Baron Davis beard. He came to an Indians game dressed as reliever Tony Sipp. He bought lunch for Twitter friends at Sushi Rock. Wherever he goes, he signs autographs and poses for pictures that are splashed all over the Internet.
