TAMPA - Fans in San Diego may not recognize Vincent Jackson, the receiver who used to play with the Chargers. The receiver is making plays for his new team the Tampa Bay Bucs, like when he beat cornerback Aqib Talib off the line of scrimmage during a blitz drill in training camp Sunday and pulled in what would have been a long touchdown pass.
