SAN DIEGO The attorney for the San Diego family of suspected Colorado shooter James Holmes said Monday that the first and only remarks his mother made regarding the tragedy have been taken out of context and misconstrued. An ABC News reporter awakened the mother about 5:45 a.m. Friday after the shooting at the Batman film "The Dark Knight Rises" that left 12 dead and 58 wounded.
