(Source: Gwinnett County, GA) (Lawrenceville, Ga., Feb. 6, 2013) - The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday approved a contract to build Gwinnett's second diverging diamond interchange. Construction will begin this spring on the bridge at Jimmy Carter Boulevard and I-85. Gwinnett's first project of this type is currently under construction a few exits away, at Pleasant Hill Road.
