Two patients died while at Queen's Hospital in Romford and another died after being discharged. Their families are pursuing negligence and neglect claims under humans rights legislation to seek "answers and apologies" — with some understood to be considering suing in the future. So far, two out of a possible nine claims have had papers lodged at the High Court under human rights legislation.
