Stage * ABT moves to Lincoln Center: The American Ballet Theatre has signed a three-year contract to perform at the David H. Koch Theater in Lincoln Center, a contract that will start in October 2013 with a two-week season. The deal will terminate the company's fall seasons at New York City Center. It will not affect its eight-week spring season at the Metropolitan Opera House in Lincoln Center or its "The Nutcracker" performance at the Brooklyn Academy of Music....
