ST. LOUIS • The commission that is supposed to oversee tax money spent by the Missouri History Museum got back some of the power it ceded nearly 25 years ago. In less than 45 minutes on Tuesday, the commission unanimously approved a preliminary agreement that gives it a greater say in the museum's budget and executive pay.
