In the September 26 issue of the New England Journal of Medicine, both the President and Gov. Romney offer statements revealing their vision for the future of healthcare. Up until recently, Romney has talked about how he would repeal the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), but he has been exceedingly vague about what he would put in its place.
